You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident or entity to apply for a loan or broker partnership. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, per our discretion as a private entity.

4. Application Process

Loan and broker applications submitted via the Site are reviewed within 24-48 hours. Submission does not guarantee approval. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and, for loan applications, supporting documents (e.g., appraisals, financials) as requested.

5. Loan Terms and Conditions

Approved loans are subject to terms outlined in your loan agreement, including loan amount, term (6-60 months), interest rate (fixed, 9%-10.5%), and non-recourse status.
